For parents who are on top of it — barely

School email, sports texts, doctor reminders — distilled into what needs you, all day.

LifeTLDR reads the flood so you don't have to. It keeps up as the day shifts — new dates on the calendar, action items flagged before they're late — and it lifts the mental load that usually lands on one person in the house.

Setup is a 2-minute conversation about your family. That's the whole ask.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs quietly in the background.

Tell us who's who
A short chat about your kids, their schools, teams, and doctors. Two minutes, in plain sentences.
We read the flood
Newsletters, permission slips, coach group texts, the PDF buried in an attachment. We pull out the facts.
You get the picture
A morning read that stays current — practice moves, a form lands, and the list updates. Dates go straight on the family calendar.

Both parents, one picture

Your household shares one profile, so it doesn't matter whose inbox the email hit. Add your partner, a grandparent, the sitter — everyone in your crew sees the same summary, and you choose what each of them can see.

Nothing gets asked twice — you can see it's handled.
Your partner's seat is free. Always.
Anyone you add sees only what you share with them.

Nobody in your crew ever sees your inbox — only the summary you share.

Here's the deal, plainly

You're handing us your inbox. You should know exactly what that means.

What we read
Your inbox — including the attachments and linked pages other tools skip. We look for dates, deadlines, and names.
What we write
Two tidy labels in your mail, events on a dedicated LifeTLDR calendar you can hide or delete any time, and the invitations you ask us to send from your own address.
What we never do
Sell your data. Market to you or your contacts. Add to the noise. The only mail we send is an invitation you asked for, a request to share your household profile, or a rare notice that our terms changed. Your summaries live in the app, and you can disconnect any time.

Thirty seconds of certainty that nothing is falling through the cracks.

And nobody in the house carrying it alone. Start with a two-minute chat — we'll take it from there.

We're onboarding families in small weekly waves. Leave your email and we'll send an invite when your spot opens.
